In this fine art archival pigment print, the full moon, glowing and gigantic presides over a winter scene. The original Moon Madness is a small tempera painting created by Andrew Wyeth in 1982. The icicles hang from the roof of the Kuerner family’s home located nearby Wyeth’s Chadds Ford home and studio. The Kuerner Farm was a major source of inspiration for Andrew Wyeth. Now a National Historic Landmark, the property is part of the Brandywine River Museum of Art.
